Shipping Method & Processing
We currently offer one reliable shipping option: Standard Shipping. All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse.
Shipping Destinations & Timeframes
We ship internationally. Delivery times for Standard Shipping vary by destination:
- Domestic (U.S.): 5-10 business days.
- International: 10-25 business days.
Please note these are estimated timeframes and do not include order processing time. Delays due to customs clearance, weather, or carrier issues are possible and are beyond our control.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and the total weight of your items. We do not offer free shipping at this time. The exact shipping fee will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you can track its journey using the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email. If you experience any issues with tracking, please contact our support team.
Address Accuracy & Undeliverable Packages
It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address. Velaudr is not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect addresses. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you via email to arrange re-shipping. Additional shipping fees may apply.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For international orders, any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees are the sole responsibility of the recipient. Velaudr has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information.
Damaged or Lost Items
While we take great care in packaging your items, please inspect your package upon delivery. If your order arrives damaged or if you have concerns about a lost shipment, please contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date.
