At Velaudr, we are committed to your complete satisfaction with every purchase. This policy outlines the process and conditions for returns and refunds for items purchased on our website.
Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
To be eligible for a return and refund, your item must meet the following criteria:
- The item must be in its original, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged condition.
- All original tags and labels must be attached.
- The item must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
- A valid proof of purchase (order number) is required.
Please note: For hygiene reasons, certain items like Knit Tops and Evening Dresses may have specific packaging requirements. They must be returned with all protective liners and garment bags intact.
Non-Returnable Items
For the safety of all our customers, the following items cannot be returned:
- Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged.
- Items without their original tags and packaging.
- Items returned after the 30-day return window.
Return Process
- Initiate Your Return: To start a return, please contact our customer support team at [email protected] with your order number and details about the product you wish to return.
- Receive Instructions: We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on where and how to send your package.
- Ship Your Return: Securely package the item(s) and ship them to the address we provide. We recommend using a trackable shipping service. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original method of payment.
- Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after processing.
- Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process to receive a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a prepaid return label and expedite a replacement or full refund, including any shipping costs.
